Prices
The article prices are expressed in Euro (€); they include the in-force VAT (Value Added Tax) which varies according to the different article typologies. The resulting total price at the end of the purchase procedure is comprehensive of transport charges, but does not include customs duties and/or possible additional charges. Prices may change for reasons not depending on Nuova Editoriale Sportiva S.r.L.; should this were to be the case, the new price will be clearly indicated on the website.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT AND RETURNED GOODS
The Italian Law (Legislative Decree dated September 6th 2005 n.206 - Codice del Consumo) provides for the consumer acting in an unrelated way to his own commercial activity – retailers and companies are not included – the right to withdraw by returning the article to the seller in order to obtain a refund or a replacement, in such cases provided for by the law.
Should the customer be unsatisfied for whatever reason with the purchase, he is entitled to withdraw from the contract with no penalty.
The withdrawal right can be exercised by sending - within the 10 days following receipt of the goods - a written notice to the following address: Nuova Editoriale Sportiva S.r.L. - Corso Svizzera 185 – 10149 Torino.
The notice can be sent within the same time frame also by email to shoppingcustomercare@tuttosport.com or by fax: +39 02 27209493.
Goods must be returned - within the following 10 days and joining the filled in Returning Form – to the following address:

Returning cost will be paid by the customer. The essential condition to exercise the withdrawal right is to return the purchased items in a good preservation state, with the original labels and packaging; all the returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling. Transport risks in goods returning will be charged to the customers.
No replacements or refunds will be made for products that have been washed or damaged by detergents or additives, or products damaged for lack of skill by the customer (too warm ironing, wrong facing of patches on jerseys). For technical reasons, the colour of products shown on website can be a little different from the real colour: this variance will not give any replacement or refund right.
No replacements or refunds are possible for customized products (e.g. match jersey with player or personal name and number, match jersey with patch, shorts with number).

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Refund or replacement time is around 30 days, after checking the goods status. Delays might be caused by postponed deliveries to Nuova Editoriale Sportiva S.r.L. from the postal service. After the above-mentioned time, please call +39 02 26303236 or send a fax to +39 02 27209493 or an e-mail to shoppingcustomercare@tuttosport.com.
Cash on delivery payment (in Italy only) will be refunded by bank transfer. Credit card, PayPal or Postepay payments will be refunded by re-credit of the amount and refund time can depend on the credit card used.
Refund does not include transportation charges (both for shipments and returning) and possible customs duties/taxes. A full refund will be made only for faulty goods returned or for loss of the package by the courier.
No replacements or refunds are possible for customized products (match jersey with player or personal name and number, match jersey with patch, shorts with number).
REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
Time limit for requests and complaints are the following:
- 15 DAYS for complaints concerning goods which is faulty, damaged, lacking or not pursuant to the order.
- 3 MONTHS for requests concerning shipments or deliveries (not received packages, delivery problems).
- 6 MONTHS for requests concerning payment transactions or refunds.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Trademarks, logos and other distinguishing marks of any kind, used in the website pages, belong to their respective owners; their use is prohibited to unauthorized third parties, including their reproduction on other websites. Contents such as information, programs, software, text, graphics and images within the website are protected by copyright.
APPLICABLE LAW
The law of the Italian Republic is applicable to the purchases on CorSportStore. For any controversy related to the product marketing on the website, the competent court will be the Court of Rome, Italy.
